Into the wild, part I

Gonna be off-line for a few days while we backpack up to one of our favorite high-alpine lakes for some fishing, swimming, and reading (one per each member of the group–you decide who’s doing what).

I’ll be back Saturday night, ready for a shower, some non-rehydrated food, and the internet. Hope to catch up with all of you then!

    You’re pretty brave, referencing that particular book right before a backpacking trip.

    Robin,

    Thank you so much for the brownies and the laugh. My hubby got the mail yesterday and when I got home I was greeted with, “Babe, you got…um….brownies in the mail today.” Obviously I wasn’t surprised since you said they were coming. But my husband? He was blown away. He said, “HOW are you getting chocolate through the mail now?” So cute! Thanks Robin!
