Adrienne’s pain (and ours)

Poor Adrienne. I hear ya, sistah. What’s really going to suck HARD is if somehow my precious Lost is affected. It’s already been outrageously delayed since ending last spring, but if I can’t start having my fix again in February, as promised–

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR. Meanwhile I console myself with this.

I don’t know if this will help or not, but I think every now and then we need to remind ourselves why the writers are striking, and what’s at stake. So take a look at this.

Interesting. I can’t wait to see if the moon is destroyed by a comet in this universe.

Little Willow, that’s hilarious! Eric Bogosian? Nice. And I especially like, “Hello, Mr. . . . D.A.” Thanks for the link–very entertaining.

Dylan, I like Sawyer, too, but not for Kate. Kate obviously belongs with Jack. Don’t make me fight you.

    Patrick, stay tuned.

Oh, Lost. Lost, Lost, Lost. I’m with you, Robin. That scene when Jack was with the Others and Kate had been captured and he came into the game room where she was and they clenched hands as he tried to explain what had happened…arrgghhh! Heartwrenching. My soul needs to find out what happens with these people. Seriously.

What I don’t understand is why the studios are being so recalcitrant. It’s not like writers to strike; I’m sure all they want to do is put their yoga pants back on and get back to business. At some point, this is going to make the studios lose more money than just paying the writers like they should. Stupidheads.

I haven’t started watching Lost. Now that I’ve canned my cable, though, I’ve been thinking of checking out the first season on Netflix. Get with the program and all that.

Now, usually Patrick’s just talking crazy, but he’s right: you DID pull a post–before I got to read it no less. You must have had your reasons. It’s intriguing, though.

  10. Kelley Says:

    Okay, now I’m really curious.

Adrienne, you really must check out Lost. I promise you, once you get started, you will be completely and irrevocably addicted. Unless you just aren’t easily sucked in to such things. It’s such a thrilling show.
