"Fezzik, jog her memory."
"I think I jogged it a little too hard."

Barry was kind enough to give us links to KW-Bs last time you brought the topic up. It was a little bit of a problem for annette to get the computer back from her husband, though.

Saw Black Snake Moan and LOVED it. Fantastic story, acting, music. Really a great use of two hours of my life.

I love both Titanic AND From Dusk 'til Dawn.

I do want my Meet the Parents time back, though. Also, Phantom Menace (both times) and everything in Attack of the Clones except for the scene where Yoda fights. And, dear heavens, all of MIBII. Every last horrific second. I can't even enjoy the first movie anymore --- which was a ton of fun -- because it makes me think too much about how awful the second one was.

Vagina dentitis phobia is a surprisingly common male mental illness. The actual condition is a myth.

Hey, Robin, did you see Black Snake Moan?

You haven't lived until you've watched "'Skeeter" and "Mosquito" back to back.

And thank you, Annette, as it had been quite some time since we boosted Robin's google status with a mention of Kate Winslet's Breasts.

Where did Barry's links go? Being a guy, I was probably genetically obligated to save those into 'Favorites', but it appears that I didn't.

Cough, cough, cough.

Lizzie, I love Spider-Man and all his angst and humanity, so watch it there, my friend.

okay, just remembering how overwrought and corny that whole hyped to the max movie was is making me start to snicker. isn't that the measure of a really, really bad movie, that someone as normally sentimental and empathetic as i, could, along with the boys behind me, laugh at a ship full of folks drowning. now if you want to see it done right rent "a night to remember"--a REALISTIC telling of the titanic tragedy.

Annette,
I hatehatehate movies that are emotionally manipulative, which is why I had such a problem with Seabiscuit. I hate watching a movie where I don't care about the characters or the plot, and would be happy if the film ended that second, but find myself welling up anyway. I cry plenty on my own - I don't need a director beating me over the head with emotion. Happens a lot with Tom Hanks movies, too. And Ron Howard.

Plus I can't stand Tobey Maguire. I defy anyone to name me one movie that he's starred in where he doesn't play himself. His annoying, downtrodden self.
