    Ew. Ew. Now I’m scared.

    Creepy.

Hey, Robin. See this: http://www.ew.com/ew/article/0,,20036782_20037403_20175395,00.html. Yes, I’m a nerd who reads those every morning after “Lost.” I haven’t gotten past the Christian Shephard sentence, but I paused to come tell you that at least EW says that’s who that was.

Jules, talk about addictive–I’ve been sitting here reading page after page of people’s comments/theories on that EW site–wow! Some great ideas about who might have made it off the island, who the guy in the rocking chair was (most say Jack’s dad), whether Charlie is dead or alive, etc.

Thanks for the link! Love it!

  4. Barry Says:

Probably. ABC.com lists John Terry (the actor who plays Christian) as appearing in this episode, and that’s the only place it could have been.

BTW, loved Jack starting his morning with a screwdriver. The man is well on his way to becoming the drunken lush we loved so much in the season finale last year…

Those comments at EW every week *are* addictive, Robin. And 99% of the time, people are respectful and serious there, which can’t be said for many other sites like that. The writer, Doc Jensen, is pretty seriously “Lost”-crazed. He usually delivers and delivers well on the “Lost” news and commentary.

It becomes increasingly obvious that I have to start watching this show.

Adrienne, go rent season 1! If the show is up your alley, you won’t be able to stop watching episodes! Trust us.

As for the rocking chair, Jack’s dad didn’t even cross my mind, but I am so not observant like that. This show ties my brain in knots. I actually was thinking it was the mysterious Jacob because the old shack looked similar. And was that Locke inside the shack with the man, whoever the man was?

My biggest surprise was that only 6 made it off the island, according to Hurley, and out of those 6, at least 2 are completely miserable and, ironically, lost back in the real world.

Addendum: Okay, thanks Jules for the link to EW. I will bookmark this and check it weekly now. I see that I am not so off-base, as Jensen says Shephard was rocking in Jacob’s chair.

Adrienne, you should wait until the show is finally over (if if ever ends!)because then you can watch it to the end, instead of being left in a state of constant frustation. I JUST WANT CLOSURE!!! AHHHHHH!!

    Sorry. I’m okay now.

But will we ever really know who was in the rocking chair? We still don’t know what happened to Walt and his dad!! Just saying. And no, I’m not bitter at all about it.
