Yeah, Shai, Act III is good, but I think I prefer Act I. I’m always impressed when someone can introduce a character and give us lots of information in a clever, short-handed way, and I think both the writing and the acting in those first few minutes really do that for us with Dr. H. Love the reading of the e-mails! And the moist sidekick–who thinks like that?

Okay,I just saw the finale of Dr. Horrible (got up early enough to go see The Dark Knight and had the time)and all I can say is…wow. I won’t give anything away but it’s certainly an oddly appropriate piece to watch before DK,that’s for sure.

I’ve been hearing about Dr. Horrible all week but waited until today(due to the website crashing temporarily from so many hits)to check it out.

It is beyond excellent-I love the songs(not many people can sing/write a love song that involves a freeze ray and make it sound so sweet,but Whedon and NPH do),the superhero silliness and the romantic triangle between Dr. Horrible,Penny and Captain Hammer(who is such a jerk!). Hard to wait for part three,but I’ll be seeing the Dark Knight this weekend so there’s a wee bit of distraction for me there:)
