I read two this week. I finished up the Circle Trilogy I was reading by Ted Dekker.

Heather stared across the cavern at the Double Duty Nefore which was grunting and snorting and make a general nuisance of itself in the underground gardens of Doufar.

She couldn’t believe the Jedi Council sent _her_ of all people. Surely Diana wouldn’t have voted for that. Heather clearly had her hands full with the 19 younglings, four of which were clearly going to turn to the darkside; Timmy-Maul, Darth-Eric, and Yoko-Ono, at least.

But now this…

Heather shook her head and drew her lightsabre, which hissed and wavered until she slammed the hilt with her other palm, and then it settled into that comforting hum and glow.

“Stop eating the ewoks,” said Heather as she headed toward the monsterous Double Duty Nefore.

I just received Robin Owens latest fantasy and I am only a third through. I did read 3 other mysteries this week, long plane ride.
I have already read TTW and it is not a book that I care to re-read.

I read an ebook: Summer Devon’s REVEALING SKILLS.

I also finished my new proposal, so I’m free to tackle that doorstop of a TTW for next week.

Christen, I too like Looking Glass WAY better than Wonderland.

Finished “The Swarm” by Frank Schatzing. He is a German author. His novel was #1 for 2 years in Germany. Speaks to todays concerns with mans relationship with the environment.
