Hi Angelique – I want to try this one out on my 5yr old Celiac niece – this bread does quality as a bread AND a vegetable right?

My sister uses the Pamela’s baking mix (and agree its great) but which WF 365 degree product did you use in making this (the bread mix?)?? And do you just substitute cup for cup (i.e. 3 cups of mix?).

Note – I’ve used the 365 vanilla cake mix and it is by far the best cake mix I’ve made to date — non Celiac cant tell difference!!!

I used a mix from Whole Foods (365 Brand) and Pamela’s Gluten Free Bread mix. Those are the two products that have the best taste!
