Breathing hard
Can’t stop to talk now. Galleys have to be in the mail today. I still need to go through them one more time (that would make about 88 times in the past few days. Let me tell you, you can kind of get sick of your own story by then, no matter how much you liked it in the first place).
And yes, I still need to make more revisions to the Acknowledgements page. It’s insane! That one page has been harder to write than the entire novel. Writing takes so much more thought and precision when you’re trying to be sincere.
I worked late into the night last night, so I had to tape Lost, so don’t tell me anything about it.
More later after I’ve let the FedEx man pry this thing out of my hands.
