Here’s our 48-hour movie!

Yay! I can finally show you the result of our speed-filmmaking project. Before you watch, let me remind you of the “required elements” we had to work into our 8-minute film:

Genre: Holiday movie
Character: Ivan Pagoda, coach
Prop: ID card
Line: “We’re hoping things will change.”

We found out those required elements on Friday night, and had to submit the finished film 48 hours later. Director Bill Coughlan and producer Pam Coughlan did such a great job putting this whole thing together, and I thought the actors were hilarious! Great job, everyone!

So here it is, the short film, PLEASE FORWARD. Go to the middle of the page where it says, “Watch the full movie.” I like to view it in either medium or large, but you can go ahead and be all decadent and watch it in extra-large.

Hope you enjoy!

Interesting how my anti-spam word is toast.

Here’s a toast to you and everyone who worked on the project. Great job!

  3. I was at the AFI last weekend and they were showing all the movies, but they couldn’t tell me when certain ones were on, or I would have gone in to see yours on the big screen!

Oh, bummer, Diana! But thanks for thinking about it!

    Thanks a lot, Vivian!

Bill, you are very self-indulgent. That’s all I’m saying.

  5. Elizabeth says:

Me, I get a little thrill when I see “Written by Robin Brande” and then think “Hey! I know her! I had dinner with her! I made bread for her!!” (Further proof that it all roads lead to The Bread.)

  6. robin says:

All roads do lead to chocolate zucchini bread, Elizabeth. It is a mathematical certainty.

  7. Wicked fun!-Farida
