Someone took me seriously
Guess I should have paid attention yesterday when Bear was barking at the worker we could see out the window climbing up the phone pole. Because I’ve now been without phone or Internet since lunchtime yesterday. I’m sending this to you via the magic of cell phone tethered to laptop, but the cell phone will be going to work soon, and I’ll be cut off once more.
Someone took that whole “into the cave” thing a little too seriously.

My power’s gone out twice already today. (I awoke to a work crew pounding in the backyard at 5:00 am)
Come to think of it, I did post a “Hold That Thought While I Work” entry, too…hmmm, is there an evil plan against writing working afoot here?
I’ve taken to sending a copy of my manuscript to myself via email so that I can download it somewhere else when this happens. Hope you get your troubles solved soon!

Ah, that would be “writers working.” Drat that evil plan…

Oh, sorry. I’m working on conquering another universe filled with mole-people. I needed more power.

Patrick! You just took down Blogger, too! Not that I’m supposed to be checking my blog…I’m working! I’m writing!

Yeah, well…
It’s true. Everything is my fault.

All is left(as opposed to right) in the world now. Your day may continue.

Sara, I’m so sorry Patrick had to affect your life as well. Maybe it was wrong for me to introduce him to everyone.
But then, he is the Space Lord, so I guess we all would have met him eventually.
Annette, just chocolate and protein should do.
