What if I live in Canada or New Zealand or someplace other than the US? Will you ship to me?

If you order an ebook, it will come to you wherever you live, DRM-free on whatever device you choose. As for any physical products, including paperbacks, we are currently able to ship those only in the US. We are working on international shipping, but that option is not yet available. Our apologies to our international friends.

If I buy an ebook, how do I read it? How do I get it to my favorite device?

Once you purchase an ebook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with a link to download the ebook and instructions for sending the ebook directly to your favorite device. If the email hasn’t arrived within about 5 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.

You can also find your ebooks in your BookFunnel library at https://my.bookfunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the email you used to purchase/download your books.

If I buy an audiobook, how do I listen to it? How do I get it onto my favorite device?

Once you purchase an audiobook, you will get an email from help@bookfunnel.com with the link to download the audiobook and instructions for sending it directly to your favorite device. If the email hasn’t arrived within about 5 minutes after purchase, please look for it in your Spam folder.

The easiest way to listen to your audiobooks is to add the free BookFunnel app to your device (iPhone, iPad, Android phone, Android tablet, Kindle Fire Tablet, etc.). Then when you receive the email from BookFunnel saying your audiobook has arrived, all you have to do is enter the unique code for the book in your app and the audiobook promptly appears.

If you would rather listen to the audiobook through your computer browser, that works, too. You can find your audiobooks in your BookFunnel library at https://my.bookfunnel.com. Log into BookFunnel with the mail you used to purchase/download your books. 

If you need help with getting the audiobook to your device, just email: help@bookfunnel.com or check https://bookfunnel.com/help. You can also reply to the email they sent you with the audiobook code. 

If I buy a paperback, how long will it take for it to get to me?

Paperbacks are custom-produced upon ordering, and then are shipped using US Postal Media Mail, so it usually takes about 10 days to receive them after purchase.

If I buy T-shirts, mugs, or other merchandise, how long will it take for them to get to me?
